Staff went above and beyond to check for our allergies in our foods, pulling out allergen charts and reading the labels thoroughly (massively helpful since we are foreigners). The lady taking orders needs to keep her attitude in check. You have your own set of rules in this particular outlet which not necessarily is the same everywhere. And probably she just wants someone who can order in few seconds. If you want that then hand over the menu while people are in the queue or hang the menu in XL letters.
