My husband and I had a lovely stay at this hotel during our trip to Osaka. Although the hotel is small, it has a cozy, charming vibe that made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The location is super convenient — close to metro stations and other public transport, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Vietnamese staff member. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of her way to give us detailed guidance and recommendations. Her support truly made our experience smoother and more enjoyable — it felt like being welcomed by a friend.

I thought the futons were comfortable but my roommate's back disagreed. Shower has excellent water pressure, area for the toilet was a bit small for someone of my height, if I leaned too far forward I would hit my head off the small sink.
