Walkable distance from Higobashi station 肥後橋.Just two stops from Namba station, which is the interconnecting city point and the shopping zone. The hotel is located on the main street , very easy to locate, and a few good restaurants and convenience store on the same street. The room is clean but the light switch, clothes hooks and movable coffee tables are not sufficient. No tea bags and coffee inside the room, possibly they are expecting the travelers to go to the Lawson convenience store which is just next to the check in reception area. There’s a hot bath area floor, just that we have no time to enjoy that after too much sightseeing and shopping in the city.Namba station is hugh with lots of shopping mall, like the airport. If you are leaving for the airport after check out, you must spare more time for the walking distance inside the...
Read moreWell, when I checked in on the first day I’ve had a bad experience with the receptionist, rude attitude - due to the system error suddenly my booking for two-twin bed became 1 person stay only!!? And the cost for additional person seriously no joke! This hotel doesn’t clean your room throughout your stay (mineral water only provided on the first day) but they do change your towels & provide amenities on a daily basis. Lowson (convenience store) is connected with the hotel. Plus point - location, I strongly recommend this hotel! Very close to the subway (Higobashi station), exit 2 just walk straight for less than 5min you’ll reach Welina. Also, it’s within the Osaka central, if you rely heavily on public transportation then this hotel could be a good option, access easily to Osaka’s main centres - Umeda & Namba just two or three different...

I ask again trying to explain myself, and she gives me something along the lines of "We don't do that". At this point a male Japanese staff member is standing behind her, saying nothing and staring blankly. The third time I ask I literally am quoting what it says on their website and she finally gives in and hands me a luggage tag saying "Ok ok ok". What???? Why would you argue with me in the first place? What is the point if you end...
