Read moreAvoid travel with TripADeal. We purchased a 15-day long trip from Grand Japan Tour. What a disappointment. Be careful when booking with TripADeal. To start with hotels were not up to standard despite TripADeal assurance that they will provide “quality hotel accommodation”. The rooms were very small, often with entrance to a double bed available only from site of the bed (see photos from Welina Hotel East in Osaka) and with extremely small space for luggage. This was very inconvenient, especially for elderly travelers. I had to pay extra money to change rooms for larger. In addition, the bus provided for our travel was old and had mechanical problems requiring urgent servicing. No Wi-Fi available on the bus and no toilet. There was a breakfast included and it was good with attentive older workers. It was one of the most basic hotels I have...
