The Rozy hotel laxks a lot of facilities, a restaurant, ironing, laundry ect, but it makes up for that with what it does have. This hotel has western as well as Japanes style rooms. By Japanese standars the rooms a generous an the there is lota of cupboard space. Location is relatively good for it is quite near to attractions like don-tonburi and namba station, although still a 8 to 10 min walk.
Hotel staff is non existent. Only saw one person at check in and that's that for the whole 5 days stay.
Looks decent on the outside, but interior is just mediocre at best. Lift fits like 2 person. There is no key card access. They still uses the old school key and I have to carry the big bunches of key everywhere I go.
Bathroom is the worst. Algae on shower head, handle of shower head, and crevices around the shower area.
They have this sliding door for the shower area that is looking to fall off anytime. Shower area is like 80x 80cm. You can imagine being boxed up and can't even reach for my legs while bathing.
All in all, bad experience. 👎
For 70~80 USD a night, just go find...
Read moreStayed here for three nights and had a great experience. ||The hotel is very near Namba subway station, about a three minute walk from Exit 6 or 7. It's walkable to Dontobori (about 10 min) and very near restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is in a relatively quiet area, although there is a convenience store right next to it. Also, be aware that the hotel is located among love hotels. This is not a bad thing at all, as there is nothing sleazy about the area. ||The room is larger than your regular Japanese hotel room. The bathroom itself is small though. The shower cubicle is tiny.||Facilities are bare. There is a microwave oven in the lobby. No washing machine. ||Receptionists are all super polite and friendly. ||Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a hotel in a quiet and...
