I had a bad experience at this store. I went to buy a handy fan because the box said the fan could use a type C charging port. However, when I returned to the hotel, I could not use the normal type C charger but only the charger attached to the box. I went to return the item to the store for the above reason but a short-haired manager on the first floor did not allow me to return the item. I wanted to exchange for another fan that used an international type C charging port but she said she could not check each fan in the store. I tried very hard to convince the interpreter at the store because I didn’t know Japanese. Then there was a man who was explained by the interpreter as the manager who directly returned the cash to me. After that, I still saw the short-haired woman that the interpreter called the manager continued to talk for a long time. No Visible Signs or Clear Notices in the store indicating "No returns on tax-free items" The stark contrast between how customers are treated when spending money versus when requesting returns is unacceptable. I’m frequently traveling around Asia, I’m also rarely give bad comments but I have something to address specificity on this EDION … I was trying to looking for the waffle machine for my wife’s Christmas gift… I asked lady staff politely to check if there any available in stock. First she ignore me and walk away…. So I’m just waiting there see if any other staff available… and I saw her again she also ignored me again ….. Finally, I asked her again and she turn around with bad attitude… she call someone to help me. This time comes with another lady staff So I ask again is any waffle machine available? She just said “ out of stock “ without even checking…. Basically, this EDION is Not foreigner friendly at all, not recommended Big camera is just next by I recommend much better and friendlier customer...
