I had an awesome meal at this upscale Chinese restaurant in Namba, which is part of the cool Horai group. The vibe inside was super chic, setting the stage for some seriously good eats. The dim sum and Yum Cha were the real stars – each bite was like a flavor explosion. The shrimp in the Chili Sauce was a big hit. They were huge and cooked just right, with a spicy sauce that was the perfect match. I also dug into their Shark's Fin Soup.The flavors were spot on. This is unbelievable, we waited 40 minutes for a table and was not allowed to order the menu until being seated. Once we finally got our table, we could finally order. The waiter asked me twice to repeat my order and verified my items correctly. So we then waited for another 35 minutes for our food to arrive. I saw other people who came after us starting to receive their dishes. I then enquired why is our food not out yet? The waiter then came to talk to us and said our food was never ordered into the system. Absolutely shocking. How could the servers not noticed us after one hour?? Impossible. Ridiculous. We left without eating anything. Never come back to this horrible place. They must have something against Foreigners. Did not feel...

Family dining atmosphere. The hostess n older waitress were very nice to us Westerners. They brought us English menus when they saw us using Google Translate. We're only 2, so when we ordered 2 main courses n 7 orders of dim sum, our waitress kept asking if order was correct 💯. We Ate Everything! It was So Good 😊 If you're a tourist, this is a definite Go To place. Coffee is actually made by the cup too. Very strong All for a bit over $35 USD.
