Sakura Garden Hotel — Hotel in Osaka

The hotel was great, I liked the location in a quiet part of Osaka even though it was not super near to the city areas. I selected the hotel because it was close by to the sakura gardens by the river and we got to see sakuras the whole week we were there! They were amazing. There is a train station about 10 mins’ walk away, as well as a Family Mart, Lawson and Don Quijote. The hotel has a laundry room in the basement (coin operated) and free drinks at the lobby. I stayed for 5 nights and booked the Suite Twin Room which was large and spacious (twin beds and a sofa) - big enough for 2 adults and a 7 year old. ||My only gripe was that when we were about to leave after checking out, the hotel asked us to dispose of our own broken stroller and broken luggage. As we were not locals, we had no idea where to dispose them at plus were rushing to the airport. Also, everything extra comes at a charge - even extra towel...

Location Love the surroundings of the hotel location. It's near to Osaka station, just 2 stops within the Loop line, but once you get off the station at Sakuranomiya, it feels like you're out of town and extremely peaceful here. Love the vibes, especially studio ghibli fans, you know what I mean!

Price Good and worth it for the facilities you get and the spacious washroom bathroom. Internet, receptionist bilingual, rental stuff, and even laundry.

Service They were polite and helpful, I met both of them who speak good english and other languages. Professional and check-in was quick, only took a few minutes.

Cleanliness I rarely want to comment on this, but its either very bad or excellent, and they got an Excellent for this! The bathroom ventilator cover and hairdryer cover all dustfree! I am impressed. Even the mirrors and AC...
