I stayed at this hotel for five days. On the third day, I requested the staff to clean my room. There are two types of cleaning services: Type 1, which includes trash collection and towel changes, and Type 2, which involves changing bed sheets and cleaning the bathroom for a cost of 2,000 yen. I left my key around 8:00 am, and while I was out, the cleaning staff came to collect the trash but she forgot to leave the door open. From 2:30 pm until I returned at 8:00 pm, my room was left unsecured. I took a picture and immediately informed the receptionist, requesting to see the CCTV footage. My room was very clean, had fridge, microwave, modern Japanese toilet, a/c and even wash machine, all nice and clean with no strange smells. Sleeping was comfortable. ||We also had optional breakfast, however this was not wise decision. Well, breakfast was tasty, however menu was very limited, some non Asia visitors might not find the right taste, honestly I would find more tasty menu at convenience stores across the street, I would not choose extra pay for breakfast next time.||Overall hotel has high quality, perfect location near main Namba station and Dotombori street or Kudomon market.
