Very bad service on 3rd September 2023 at 8:30 pm. Ordered meal with three large fries and the manager was very stingy with the ketchup. She decided to ration the ketchup to two tiny packets per large order of fries. She decided to create a random rule when all other fast food outlets don't have such a rule. Terrible service and bad attitude...

We have always had fond memories eating at any Mos Burger joints back in our younger years working in Singapore. So, imagine how happy we were to stumble upon this joint near our hotel. We finally can taste that super Teriyaki Chicken rice burger once again! Ordered take-away to try it at our hotel. Worth every single yen paid for it...

This was my first time trying Mos Burger in Japan and I enjoyed it. It was different from the burgers I’ve tried in the US. The meat sauce was unique and the freshly grilled patty was great. We have always had fond memories eating at any Mos Burger joints back in our younger years working in Singapore. So, imagine how happy we were to stumble upon this joint near our hotel. We finally can taste that super Teriyaki Chicken rice burger once again! Ordered take-away to try it at our hotel. Worth every single yen paid for it (cheaper than McD!).
