Grampus inn Shirahama — Hotel in Shirahama

My family and I had a great time in Shirahama, largely due to our stay with Grampus Inn.||||The location of the hotel is amazing, only a stone throw away from the well-known Senjojiki and two stops from Sandanbeki cliff. Soaking in the open-air hot spring overlooking the ocean is the most rewarding experience after long day travelling.||||The staff at counter was attentive to our needs, taking note of our preferred dinner and breakfast time and delivering them right on time.||||We booked the Japanese style room package that came with seafood dinner and simple Japanese breakfast. The fish was freshly served and delicious. We totally loved it. The room was clean. There was a small TV in the room but the programme selection was limited. There was no attached washroom so one has to use the shared one across the hall.||||The bath house is decent and nothing fascinating.||||The only downside is that hotel does not seem to cater for non-Japanese visitors, basic knowledge of Japanese would help a lot. But the brilliant service definitely makes up for that and I would strongly recommend my friends to stay...

I like the resort with Japanese onsen . You can get advantages of 3 onsens of different hotel by showing the key of your room to the other hotels near by grampus sea or near one more onsen and it is free entry ... the dinner is 2000 for one person it is pure Japanese and the breakfast if also Japanese .. there are 2 kinds of hotel Grampus sea and Grampus Inn... but nice view and I...

We have 2nd night move to here from Wakayama and you can park your car next to the trailer. Most Japanese families around you will do BBQ as there is a shop sell everything or you can dine in around the area. Not really comfort though but is our 1st experience to try trailer in Japan and will do more search next time. Bonus is you have a very nice view next morning if...
