Hotel Livemax Hachioji Ekimae — Hotel in Tokyo

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! Very clean hotel located in the quieter part of Hachioji station; stayed one night. There are nearer hotels near the station but they were not available when I searched for hotel rooms in Hachioji. Provide lots of toiletries and have hairdryer in the room. Shower pressure is very good and toilet is very clean and well maintained! Staff are very polite and helpful and used hand phone to translate to English for me when they found out that I cannot speak Japanese! Wonderful experience! Maybe a 3min walk to the Hachioji train station with all of its conveniences (supermarket, mall, tons of restaurants, etc), check-in and check-out was very easy and friendly (with limited Japanese), and the room was fine (small double but comfy overall). What made it wonderful was the service - forgot my daughter's pajamas in the room, called the next day and hotel staff called us back two days later saying they had been found.
