First off, the facility. It was CLEAN and smells sooooo good. It makes you relax.

2nd, the staff was so nice even tho they don't really know how to speak english.

3rd. The massage. I selected the foot massage because I've been walking around japan and I really need a good massage. The guy was so nice but the massage.. so disappointing.... He literally stayed in ONE SPOT!!! He did not move. Mind you, I selected a 60mins massage, the whole time he did not move!! I was waiting and waiting for him to massage my foot but he didn't go that far, this is not a foot massage, it's legs massage, which is fine but I am expecting it to be FULL FOOT MASSAGe. I get out of there and my feet still hurting. 😒 not worth the 6000yen.

Exceptional!!! My mom and I had a great time here at CN Health and Beauty Salon. The receptionist, whom I did not recall his name, is friendly and helpful. Although he does not speak English, he still happily assisted us via a translation app. Tomomi Hitomi san is our therapist. She is professional and so gentle. The salon is minimalist and spotless. The location is super convenient, near Abab store and 4 mins away Ueno train station.

Before we went to this salon, mom already had Thai massage at a place nearby, but she still wanted a facial massage, which we are so happy to choose this salon. I highly recommended, and we will definitely be back when we have a chance going...
