One of the worst service experiences I've ever had!!!

We visited this branch expecting a pleasant meal, but were completely shocked by the rude and discriminatory behavior of the middle-aged Japanese man at the front desk. At first, we thought he might not speak English well coz he didn't talk much when we were at the door waiting to be seated but it became obvious that he only pretended to have difficulty understanding us... his English was perfectly fine when speaking to European-looking customers.

When we politely asked to be seated and where the restroom was, he suddenly raised his voice and told us, "NO ORDER NO TOILET! " We immediately felt disrespected and SHOCKED.

After finally being seated, he abruptly told us that we only had 45 minutes to eat because the table was supposedly reserved - something he should have informed us before seating us! Meanwhile, the restaurant was practically empty, and even by the time we left, it remained so.

Despite the cold and unwelcoming attitude, we still ordered food and drinks, ate quickly, and left without causing any disruption. It was clear to us that the excuse of a "reservation" was not genuine.

We are truly disappointed and disturbed by how we were treated, especially by this particular male staff member! TGI FRIDAYS should seriously reconsider the kind of staff they hire to represent their brand. We will...

The worst service in Japan!

We reserved a party for 30 people (3 hours) and we didn’t even get our first water, drinks or serving plates until 50 minutes after our party started!!!

Despite our multiple complaints, servers kept saying the bar was busy. But they should have anticipated that since we made a reservation for 30 people.

When the drinks arrived, they had gotten many of our orders wrong! servers were so disorganized. Worst party preparation and execution ever!

Some Guests were so hungry and thirsty that they up and left without eating or drinking anything despite paying the 5500 yen party fee.

It was also crowded and dark. The tables and chairs are super cramped. The lighting was so dark that our pictures came out terrible.

The noise was so loud, we couldn’t hear what the servers were saying. I had to shout so loud all night that I got a severe sore throat.

I’m never returning to...

I had the pleasure of being served by Yuqi during my recent visit, and I can confidently say she is one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we were seated, Yuqi brought a warm and welcoming energy to the table. She was attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask.

What really stood out was her genuine hospitality and professionalism. She had excellent knowledge of the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Even during a busy shift, she remained composed, efficient, and kind.

Yuqi's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and commitment to providing outstanding service made our experience truly memorable. It's rare to find someone who clearly takes such pride in their work and enjoys making guests feel special.
