BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE! My lady and I were so fortunate to have gotten a booking here, it was the highlight of our Japan trip. The staff at this location is so welcoming, accommodating, and kind. They did everything in their power to ensure we had an incredible stay. The food is fantastic. The rooms are cozy. The upstairs lounge is magical. The private onsens are delightful. They provided free alcohol for our entire stay. We purchased the half room and board option which provided dinner and breakfast. The location is exactly where you want to be in Kinosaki onsen, on the beginning of the street with all of the beautiful canals and the various onsens. I can’t rave strongly enough, stay here!! A great find for Kinosaki, and we'd definitely consider booking here again. You step out of the front door to find the picturesque river, and the first public onsen is next door. The breakfast and dinner are amazing. Breakfast has a choice of Japanese-style or Western-style. Dinner includes sashimi, steamed buffet, snow crab, and your choice of gohan. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive and we never wanted for anything. Wonderful first time experience in Kinosakionsen! This hotel is in the perfect location. It's a very short walk from the train station and all of the 7 public onsens. Also a short walk to the Kinosaki Ropeway. There are 2 private onsens in the hotel where couples/families can soak together. Every floor has a light to indicate if available. Service is impeccable and easy to communicate in English with the staff. Food is plentiful! Breakfast and Dinner were included as well as an afternoon tea service. All you care to eat! Fair warning, don't go crazy at the steam bar! Save some stomach for the rice dish. ...
