It’s not a bad or a great hotel 🏨 — just something average. To help you decide if you want to stay here, I'll break down the pros and cons.

Pros:

The hotel has an interesting design, and our room had a cozy area with very soft mattresses in front of the TV, which was more comfortable than the bed itself.

There’s a convenience store on the first floor and a small in-house shop and restaurant on the second floor.

The view from the upper floors is quite nice.

The check-in and check-out process is very convenient — you use a self-service terminal with cards 💳, and there are enough of them, so no need to wait in line.

Cons:

The hotel is very far from everything, especially Disneyland. To get there, you either need to drive or take a train to the station, then wait for a shuttle bus that runs only once or twice an hour, depending on the time of day.

The bed 🛏️ and pillow were extremely hard.

The fridge didn’t even have water, let alone any other drinks.

The hotel doesn’t provide any nice extras like creams or bath salts.

The bathroom wall and ventilation were dirty.

The TV 📺 only had about five working channels, most of which were just home shopping and ads.

And the biggest disappointment — breakfast. I wanted to give them one more star until this. The dining hall had PLENTY of open seats, but for some reason, they took us to a tiny table at the very back of the hall — probably 200 meters from the food! There was no logical reason for this, especially since we were staying in a not-so-cheap room. Despite many open seats near the windows with a nice view, we were stuck in a cramped corner❗

To make matters worse, the food itself was completely average. At first, it looks like there’s a wide selection, but in reality, many dishes are repeated, and the flavor combinations are very similar. Buffets are usually a chance to try different flavors, but after tasting a few things, I didn’t feel like eating anymore — and I ended up with heartburn afterward 😮‍💨

Conclusion: If you just need a place to sleep in the area, it’s not a bad choice. But if you’re expecting an unforgettable experience from a hotel under the Hoshino Resort name, it’s pretty...

Rooms are clean, quiet, and very spacious. We were assigned a standard room on the top floor which had a really nice view of the bay (I didn’t mind the cemetery down below). There’s a water dispenser and microwave near the elevators on every floor. Kids slippers are provided upon request.

The shuttles to and from Disney and Shin-Urayasu run on time. The location might not be convenient for those who want to line up early for the parks or stay until closing, but we took it easy so it wasn’t an issue for us.

There’s a Lawsons right downstairs so we didn’t bother with the overpriced breakfast. There’s also a Sushiro and a few other smaller malls within walking distance.

The complimentary tea bags are really bad though… there’s no tea...

《2nd...
