Charcoal grilled meat SHINRA Shin-Urayasu main shop — Restaurant in Urayasu

We're staying just around the corner at the Hyatt. Their shuttle service isn't very frequent, with no service after 10 pm. Luckily, we discovered a place on Google Maps that's open past 10 pm and only two blocks away. The prices were below our expectations, and the quality of the meat was excellent. Coming from America, we'd expect a similar place to charge over $100, plus outrageous tips and bad service. However, our meal for two, including ramen, rice bowls, a meat combo, and alcohol, only came out to $42. One thing to note: when you're ready to place an order, there's a button that looks like a rock; you have to press it, or no one...

Went here for dinner (spicy tofu soup) and waited an hour to be served the wrong dish. Told the waiter who said 'ok' but left the dish on the table. 25mins later with the wrong dish still on the table and no sign of the meal I actually ordered or any word from the waiter , I go to the cashier to pay for the beer (the only thing they got right) and they demand I pay for the whole meal. After 5 mins arguing with the manager I paid for the beer and left, hungry and with 1hr30mins of my life wasted at this...

I wouldn't recommend this place. We came here on a weekday evening as a couple, but despite there being absolutely no other customers, we were left standing at the entrance for over 10 minutes. During that time, all the staff simply walked right past us. Eventually, since no one came to service us, we went to another yakiniku restaurant instead. Other foreign travelers would definitely be better off going to a different yakiniku place, even if it's a bit...
