Came to this restaurant based on the many positive reviews even though it was out of the way from Disneyland to our hotel. We were expecting the typical sushi experience in Japan which meant it was going to be better than anything we ate in the USA. Unfortunately, we've had better in the USA and we left disappointed with the level of service and the overall quality of our food that were average. After spending about a month in Japan as a visitor, I have to say that this is the best sushi I had during my entire stay (so much so that I visited twice). For a foreigner, they make the ordering process very easy with a "pronunciation sheet" of sorts to allow you to communicate with the chefs behind the counter. The aburi salmon and the aburitoro were especially delicious. The staff was friendly on both occasions despite my rough Japanese. I will make a special trip out here the next time...
