It’s a great family hotel, great value, room was modern and spacious with two double beds. First impression was great, we arrived early at the hotel at 12pm, unable to check in until 3pm. So we had to leave our luggage and spent the day at Disney Sea. When we returned at 8.30pm it was very nice of them to have our luggages brought up. Location was a bit further out from train station and Tokyo Disney Resort, although they provide shuttle service but the drop off area was some distance away from the venues. No shuttle services to Shin-Urayasu station so you have to catch a local bus to get there. I had to catch a taxi with all my luggages and cost me ¥1,200. No room service at night so be prepared to eat at Disneyland before you get back to the hotel otherwise you’ll be ended up eating noodle cups or some ready to eat meals from Lawson’s. Those food were bland, we asked for salt and not one person was able to provide it, makes me wonder how they season their food. So be ready to bring your own salt. No complimentary bottles of water daily, when we ask for it, they said to buy some from Lawson’s or drink from the tap. Room cleanliness was not satisfactory, found few hair strands on the bed, my dirty mug wasn’t taken away. So if you want hotels with great location and full guest services don’t be shy to fork out few extra dollars. Obviously you get what...

Read moreWe loved this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff welcoming and friendly and the room was spacious and clean. This hotel is wonderful value for money when staying in the area for Disneyland/Sea. We had a quiet room with wonderful views across the bay. The hotel has a fun and friendly vibe which is great for the kids. There is a Lawsons (convenience store) located on the ground floor which was very handy and had plenty of meal options for the late return from Disneyland/Sea. Local restaurants close by (5 min walk). Also a handy laundry room and a gym downstairs.||We were very impressed and would stay again, especially for the great price! The distance from Disneyland was no issue at all as there was a free bus service for guests to and from the parks at regular intervals. Breakfast was also included! All round great fun, comfort and value.||||The free breakfast was well organised and the variety was broad (but I wasn’t keen on much of the hot food selection - no baked beans or bacon, toast). Coffee machines don’t have a hot chocolate option which was a shame. Would be good to have a restaurant option available in the hotel for after 8pm as we returned from Disney adventures after dark and our only option was to buy takeaway dinner from the Lawsons as we were too tired to walk to restaurants after spending all...
