The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay:1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Review: A Total Letdown at This Hotel

Just had the WORST stay here. The sheets? RIPPED – who wants to sleep on a holey mess? And don’t even get me started on hygiene. That torn sheet screams “we don’t care about cleanliness,” and it’s gross.

Plus, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I’d requested a non - smoking room, but clearly, no one listened. Total fail.

For a hotel that’s supposed to be a decent place to crash, this is unacceptable. Won’t be back, and I’m warning fellow travelers: skip this spot until they fix their dirty, careless ways....

Counter staff are very nice and efficient. The hotel will only clean the room if you put the sign on your door, that's quite a nice environmental friendly policy but the only thing is your rubbish bin is full.
