Hotel α-1 Yokohama Kannai — Hotel in Yokohama

Reading the other reviews, it seems that they have refurbished the rooms (?) Central wifi is available with good connection and fast speed. Room is clean with cold aircon (such a necessity during Japan's notorious summer) and good amenities as well. One thing that bothered me though, during check-in there was a long queue that took me almost an hour. They only had three staffs on the reception desk. It seems that when there is event in Yokohama (baseball, music concerts, etc.) this hotel is literally swamped with customers. So kindly take that into consideration. Other than that, location is nice. Lots of eateries, supermarket, convenience stores nearby. It is also somewhat walkable to the places of interests in Yokohama. This is an absolutely amazing budget hotel, with all of the bare essentials such as a small refrigerator, tea kettle, some free tea, a wonderful TV, a hair dryer, small toiletries, linen press, and places to hang your wet clothes. Also, the bath is also fantastic, although it may be a bit small...

アクセスはJR関内駅から数分で良好。いいとこはそこだけ!!!客室は古く汚く狭い。何と言ってもTVが小さ過ぎる。今時20インチ!浴室TVのサイズ。ネット対応でも無く、ミラーリング対応でも無く残念過ぎる。何故かルームシアターという他のホテルではペイTVに当たるものが無料サービス。正直見るものは無い。出張サラリーマンのアダルト需要のみ(爆) Wi-Fiを利用する為には、フロントで無線ルーターを借りる必要がある。空調は全館空調で風量は弱·強で調節するのみ。空気清浄機無し!ハンドソープ無し!ウェルカムドリンク無し!大浴場無し!レストラン無し!無い無い尽くし。宿泊した客室のフットライトは点灯せず。冷蔵庫は2011年製で開閉する度に異音がするし壊れてる。もう交換しても良いのでは?点検不足!今時ラジオ·BGMのボタンなんて見ることがあるとは!何と現役で聴くことが出来ます。リネンが貧弱過ぎてテンションが下がる。今時ペラペラのバスタオルのホテルがあることに驚愕!枕カバーが汚れてるのかと思い、外したら何と枕自体の汚れが(シミ、血液?)!!!(この写真以上に汚れ、シミ酷いです)気持ち悪くて枕使え無かった。客室清掃員確信犯だよね!枕カバー変える時に何も気付か無いはずない程の酷い枕(怒)あえて枕の汚れが無い面側を上にしてセットしてる。何で汚れが無いかというとデコボコしてて宿泊客はこちら側を使わなかったからでしょうね。枕くらい新しいものに交換してください。ベットのマットレスはギシギシ音がするし。今時混合水栓では無く2ハンドル水栓とは!(写真参照)15時イン10時アウトで朝はバタバタすることに。何人も並んでいるのにフロントの対応はノンビリでイライラする。このホテルのレベルでオシボリサービスなんている??余計なことするからますます列は伸びて行く。時代遅れのローカルビジ...
