Stayed here for just 1 night. We did the the plan with no meals. The room was really nice and having the private onsen in the room was great. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was really nice. We intended to take a taxi from the train station, but there were none at the taxi stand so we walked. If you do walk, do not walk on the main road "216" as there as minimal sidewalk just before the hotel. We ended up walking on a side street before cutting through the ryokan's parking lot but I would recommend you just wait for a taxi or...

I was traveling with my parents and we stayed at the hotel for one night at CNY Eve - the experience was amazing. The hotel room was spacious and well-equipped with private bath; the service was outstanding - all the staff we met were really friendly and responsive. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. It’s not just luxury, but the service we are getting was the best. We were greeted the moment we arrived. All the staff including the chefs were helping us offload the luggage, and escorted us to our room.
