Yuzawa house — Hotel in Yuzawa

We would recommend this place for a short stay (1-2 days max but not more). Yuzawa House is perfect for those skiing at Yuzawa. It is just a 4 minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa!

Room amenities were great as well - came equipped with a hair dryer, towels, as well as sufficient hangers for a two-day trip.

They also served breakfast which was really delicious! One of the best bentos we ever had.

The only downside to this place would be the soundproofing of the door. Whenever someone passes by, you can hear their conversation quite clearly. We could also hear the laundry machine sound ringing from the ground floor even though we were on the third floor.

Another small complaint would be on the service. We booked through Agoda and didn't receive any check in or information booklet, and thus we were stuck outside of the main door without the entry code, and WiFi password was also not provided.

1個人來這裡住了3個晚上。分2筆訂單，一開始不能理解為何不安排同一個房間給我，還要求我退房再入住，後來才發現我2筆訂單選了不同房型。後來有幫我把行李從二樓拿到三樓房間裡，連原本遺忘在二樓冰箱裡的牛奶和點心也一起冰到三樓的房間冰箱了。看到的時候覺得很貼心。謝謝那天早上遇到的打掃阿姨。 整體很新也很乾淨。如果沒算錯的話。一樓2個房間，2樓5間，3樓6間。一樓有男女廁所，用餐區和澡堂。早餐非常糟，不像之前評價說的很豐盛或是可以微波的日式便當，連續3天都是保久乳和吐司、果汁、橘子。3天我都沒吃。早餐讓人失望。一樓有飲水機，所以不必買水覺得很方便，旁邊也有水果茶包和煎茶，還有一台咖啡機。澡堂非常小，只能容納2人，所以會有排隊等洗澡的狀況，空間很小洗澡動作不能太大否則會弄到隔壁的人，浴池也很小，2個人下去只能區腳坐，不過這個價位還有澡堂泡已經心滿意足。 房間都沒有廁所。一樓有男女分開的廁所，二樓廁所女生專用，3樓廁所男生專用，所以第三天被安排到3樓的房間很無奈，上廁所要下到2樓，洗澡要到1樓。馬桶有暖座，但如果可以提供座墊紙或酒精更好。 全自助報到，連繫都用AGODA的訊息，好險都會回覆，自助報到不算太複雜但也沒有特別簡單，基本上要摸索一下但還ok。房間要自己鋪床，房間裡有貼心的2個衣架，一個在冷暖氣前，一個在角落，方便烘衣服，希望衣架可以更多一點。報到後會拿到2個鑰匙，另一個是一樓有放雪板和烘衣服鞋子的地方，發現的時候覺得是很棒的設施！但因為有很多人的鞋子，所以進去時難免有味道。離車站大概4分鐘，從東口出來，過馬路左轉，一直直走就到了，一進門就有一台大大煤油爐，很溫暖。沒有電梯，女生扛行李覺得很累。隔音真的不好，聽得到外面走來走去和使用洗手台的聲音，最後一天在3樓廁所旁邊還聽得到上廁所的聲音，幸好大家都蠻自律的，也可能是滑雪很累了所以都很早睡，深夜都很安靜。我好像訂到蠻優惠的價格，如果下次還...
