I’d give this a 3.5 rating. Was good but nothing that blows my mind. Had the black pork gyoza, tsukemen and extra toping (the broiled chahu pork, egg and menma) Tsukemen soup was good noodles was smooth but a bit thinner than what I would like. The extra topping was good. Definitely recommend you get it together with your tsukemen. The gyoza was nothing special you can just skip it.

湯沢町で一番人気のつけ麺屋「維新」の 駅ナカ・がんぎどおり店舗。

以前は本店との差別化で鶏と豚の ダブルスープ「とりとん」で 本店より少し高い値段でやってましたが、 本店が値上げしてこちらに追いついてしまい いつの間にやらこちらも「とりとん」を 引っ込めて「つけとん」になって しまいましたね。

フツーのつけとんを注文。 大盛りまで同じ値段ですが、 私は並を更に減らして貰いました。

店内はカウンター席のみ。 特に隣との仕切りも されていません。

メニュー名は本店と 同じになりましたが、 何となく本店より あっさり目の様な。 ここ暫く本店で食べていないので もしかしたら味を忘れて しまっている可能性もありますが、 以前の「とりとん」の頃も 本店よりライトめなスープだったので 観光客向けに食べやすく アレンジしてるかも。

具は明らかに違って、 薄切りの豚肉が入ってます。 本店ではチャーシューでした。 とりとんの時もこれでは 無かったので、 コストダウンかな。
