Grand Voyage Hotel — Hotel in Almaty

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. I want to especially thank the receptionists Aida and Kairna — they went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel at home. Their warm hospitality and professionalism made a big difference in our experience.

However, the breakfast could be improved. It was quite limited in variety, and the quantity was small. Items like milk and coffee were not refilled once they ran out. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Pros: clean comfortable rooms friendly and helpful staff (with limited english) great location with lots to see and do within walking distance breakfast is great and there is a coffee bar too

Restaurant closes a bit early, coffee cant be ordered after 11 pm, for a 4 star hotel thats interesting. Breakfast too finishes at 10, again for a 4 star hotel, i would expect it to last a bit longer. Otherwise good ambience. Distance to main places in the city, near but not...
