I was at the Hill Park Nairobi hotel for nine days in early February 2020, and I enthusiastically recommend this property for both its comfortable accommodation and state of the art conferencing facilities. I used both, the review follows:||Conferencing Facilities –We needed a room that could comfortably accommodate sixty (60) people, with easy access to the elevators and clean bathrooms. The hotel met our needs by providing us with space one floor above one of their restaurants, overlooking the swimming pool. The room had 2 state of the art, HD large-screen displays. One in the front of the room as expected, but they had another on a side wall in the rear of the room, which allowed delegates in the rear of the room to follow proceedings. The bathrooms next to the conferencing facilities were very clean and quite spacious, which easily accommodated the needs of our participants.||Hotel Management– I want to especially recognize the front office manager, Ms. Gumato Abudo. She went out of her way to ensure my seminar ran smoothly, and that I had everything I needed. We held daily briefings on the previous day’s seminar, making adjustments as needed for the next day’s program. It was clear she and her team were invested in the success of our program, and their actions validated this view. ||Conclusion –I wholeheartedly endorse this property for anyone seeking a premier...

This is one of hotels used by Kenya airways for their passengers when they cancel or miss their connecting flights.Arriving the hotel seemed a relief but the tap in room 101 is faulty。I got really scared when a stapler pin was discovered in the meal ordered for dinner. The manager stated the chef was in a hurry.I cringed with fear and imagined if it had be swallowed.Imagine if it had been a child or you.I am yet to notify kenya airways directly.I was worried by the lack of empathy and attendant health complications. Be careful.with the room cleaners i has requested that he doesnt clean but found the guy coming out of the room when i went for lunch and panicked when i asked what he was doing in the room despite the request. The hygiene level isnt top notch if you peep into the kichen or observe the service process you would notice or might find ladies hair in your food. The location seems good if you want to be in the city. The rickety pickup Holiday car was fun and was lucky it didnt break down on the way back to the airport。 Though the hotel seems to be expanding and has lot of facilities they might likely face health and safety issues if this little issues...

Hotel Hill Park stay was decent. The entrance is impressive -- as you reach the gate, the guard opens the gate only on confirmation. Security machines are installed just in front of the reception though stuff was not scanned. The lobby area with sofas and magazines gives a homely feeling. The rooms on the ground floor are much better than the rooms on the other floors so the former one would be a better option. The ambience was good, lots of greenery and close to nature. You can avail the swimming pool and gymnasium amenities. A pool side restaurant is also there if you need to eat. We didn't eat here so no idea about the taste. The staff were pleasant and friendly. A recommendation -Towels need to be revamped. Edges of almost all the towels were not stitched and they don't give a fresh look. Since there is a lot of greenery, mosquitoes are present here🦟, hence do not forget to get your mosquito repellent spray or wipes. The hotel was kind enough to keep our suitcase as we were to get back to their place after 4 days, a big thank you to them for that too. On the whole, I would call it affordable for the services provided. A lot of scope to...

Had a chance to be here for lunch.l and appreciated the timely and detailed service. I was served 3 courses of delicious, expertly made dishes over the course of the lunch hour rush. Appreciated being able to peruse the menu beforehand on phone and have them ready to be served at arrival. Starter - a well seasoned ceasar salad with the right mix of crunch and savory. Mains - Grilled molotov lamb chops that were drenched in delicious sauce and a side of roast potatoes. Desert - fruit salad with ice cream, specifically vanilla, the mix if cold and sweet fruit was an interesting and welcome new taste.
