While I liked the atmosphere, the plastic chairs unfortunately ruined the experience. Very friendly staff, including the manager! They were attentive, too. On the contrary the biryani is too expensive given the ambience and the rice/meat was not enough for the price, I was dissatisfied. The biryani itself was upper average but the food caused a gastrointestinal upset. Also, I'd say coastal biryani is more tasty and costs less than half! Even if you ignore the price the huge round tables and plastic chairs are making it feel more like street food. But, this could easily...

The place has delicious Arabian cuisine. The waiters are friendly and now the service is swift. The chicken and mutton biryani are good but it is also good to try the batatis (potatoes). My recommended dish would be Batatis and Mashwy. The accompiments are equally good! The ambience is good and peaceful as the setting is outdoor with lots of trees and grass surrounding the place. It can get full on Fridays with a mosque nearby. It...

I have been coming to Arabian Cuisine for a long time. The food is awesome, the service is great, the quiet ambience and spacious seating makes it a great and popular place for meetings. A spacious mosque within the grounds makes it a great location to have meals there. It's also one of the most popular locations to host wedding receptions. Being located in Upper Hill makes it ideal, access is easy and plenty of...

This is the only hotel that genuinely felt like home.Plenty of comfortable sitting space and various rooms you can sit in.The staff were super friendly and their chicken Tikka was really nice.Nevertheless,I didn't love their pilau and their biryani as they didn't really tickle my taste buds as expected.Their rates are also very friendly and there are two flasks of complimentary herbal and mint tea before and after the meal.

Yemenite restaurant with al fresco dining under a tent, in the heart of Nairobi. Laham mandi (baked lamb) with rice is lightly spiced, but lacking full flavour. Menu includes grilled chicken, fried fish and a few vegetarian options (curry, vegetables and rice). Meals are served with complimentary Yemeni coffee and dates, a nice touch.
