Artcaffe Britam Towers is the worst eatery! AVOID AVOID

We went there yesterday at 6 p.m. I ordered for a chicken burger, and it was not there. We inquired whether there was a beef burger, and nothing was there, yet it is in the menu.

We were told that there were samosas, and they don't have 1 samosa, it's 6, and they sell at Kshs. 790/=. That is exorbitant. I don't take spices, and the waiter assured me that they have mild spices. When the samosas were brought, I couldn't imagine, they were SUPER TINY. To make matters worse, the had pilipili, and I couldn't even finish the first samosa. I was so angry with them. Again, their food and snacks are very expensive for no reason. So disappointing eating from ArtCaffe at Britam Tower. There is always an ingredient missing when you order a meal, e.g it's either avocado, or hummus or carrots just always something. But that is not so terrible as the attitude by the manager either she is tired of her job or she just could not be bothered. We attended the kompa and kizomba dance It happens every Thursday from 7p.m to midnight. The dance lessons go from 7p.m to 8:30p.m then the dance floor is open till midnight.
