I had a bad stay at Mercure, so I arrived at 6am in the morning, a lady called Lynn welcomed me, checked me in and asked that I go to my room, the bags were mearnt to be brought to me, i waited about 30min then went down and got my own bags. The room was really nice and comfortable, I would recommend the hotel to people who do not require conferencing because that was a mess. Lynn never told me that the lunch would be served in Pullman, nor did she alert me to the amenities that were accessible to me. I only found this out through my friends later on in the week that I was in a conference with. Read moreWith all honesty, I had an amazing stay. Hotel staff were always smiling and always willing to help and extra careful with everything. Unfamiliar with the breakfast buffet style, it was amazing. A lot of options, fresh with fruits, cold cuts, hot meals, cold salads, etc. Their fresh juices are amazing. Prices to eat for dinner seem a bit expensive and wait time can be a bit longer, but I didn't mind. For the price, it is an international hotel after all. You can pay cash and card as well. The room itself was clean, had all the amenities, water is provided daily. I wholeheartedly...
