Kates Apartments — Hotel in Nairobi

Longest month of my life staying at Kates apartments. They have no idea what is customer service. The apartment was dark and had poor lighting. It felt like we were living in a cave. Some of the light fixtures were not working and even after pointing that out, nobody came to fix them. || The bathroom was dirty, mouldy and disgusting. The shower head was held on using masking tape. ||||They offered 14 channels on TV but during our stay I called them countless times to get the TV channels checked because they didn't show. ||||The Internet was horrible. Hardly ever any connection. || ||The receptionist was rude and hang up on me when I called about...

Stayed there for 11 weeks and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wished I had a bit more sunny room since I stayed there during the winter time in Kenya but it got better at the end of August. Violet at the reception is fantastic, Marry, the cleaning lady, perfect! and Lily at the gates was happy and cheerful, brightened my days. Lovely people and lovely stay, close...

First time in Kenya and its one of the best experiences I've ever had. People here from the receptionist to the restaurant lady to the cleaner emma they were fantastic! I love this place, its spacious and very homely. The place is similar to self catering apartments and has everything you need for a long or short stay. I felt so much at home from the first day i arrived....
