One star for location. This one is inside Sarit and there is another one in Westgate. Both malls are in Westlands making them easily accessible to the public by both private and public means. Another star for the service. Generally, most establishments in our country have terrible customer service and care. They somehow think or feel that they are doing you a favour by existing so that you can take your money there 🙄🙄🙄. Batista & Co. was a pleasant surprise. The lady who served us was so gracious and clearly trained in F&B. For such a small space, she ushered us in, took our order and recommended the peppermint mocha which was soooo good. She cleaned the table promptly and we did not have to stay with used utensils once we finished something. I don't believe in expecting emotional labour from anyone in any industry, however, she had a smile and was super kind. The service and that peppermint mocha will keep me coming here for sure. A star for the food. Everything we had was tasty, well presented, right temperature and the portions were perfect. We had the pain au chocolat, an Americano and a peppermint mocha. The pastry was warm and flaky and the chocolate was warm and gooey. The Americano was strong and the peppermint mocha was choco and minty goodness. We shared the pastry and we were super full afterwards. I look forward to trying other items on their menu. They do have dairy alternatives and their menu is neither ridiculously extensive nor absurdly expensive. Crazy menu prizes is becoming the norm in Nairobi so I personally appreciate that I can take someone out and have good food, service at a reasonable price. A star for the ambience. The space is small but well sectioned. It is well lit with lots of natural light. Though not necessarily cosy and snuggly, you can definitely have an intimate coffee date here. I think it is a great spot for a writer as well overlooking Westlands towards the Westgate side. This place is great for a coffee date, a quick meeting, a solo date, or even to journal or colour as you sip on something warm. If you are looking for a coffee place in Sarit this is a great option.

Simple, yet refined and of a high standard A small cafĂ© on the second floor of Sarit Centre. Excellent pastries: crispy croissants, perfectly baked Ă©clairs with delicious custard, pancakes under incredibly sweet chocolate. The bakery deserves special praise! All products are of great quality: delicious coffee, fresh sweet berries as decorations on the desserts, superb Parmesan in the Caesar salad. They know how to respect recipes and how to cook. Wonderful service: attentive waiters, smiling and ready to help. The space is a bit limited, but it's comfortable. A very beautiful display that catches the eye. This place carefully builds its reputation: besides the excellent work of the kitchen and professional staff, the brand is well-presented—branded napkins, sugar packets, stickers on water bottles, and so on. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Many thanks to the whole team for their excellent work! I will be sure to visit every time I come to the mall. And Barista & Co. has a couple of other locations nearby. I’d love to visit them too.

Been here twice. Once for breakfast (lost photos) and lunch. Enjoyed the food and service both times. Keep in mind that the cafe is quite busy and base your service expectations on that. You get the bustle experience which I find wholesome for a cafe without being on the outside. Food is very fresh as it is made upon ordering. All the flavors melt in your mouth. Tried their famous blueberry French toast, Turkish Menemen for breakfast and watermelon & black pepper homemade soda(an acquired taste); and burrata, Parmesan paprika parsley French fries and raspberry and rosemary homemade soda
