I really love this place and have come a number of times, but I feel bad for the business owner. One of the waiters, Nyokabi, requested me to pay the bill 3250 to her mpesa number which being a business owner I thought fishy. I asked why and together with the reception lady they said their safaricom mpesa was down which sounded fishy. I suggested on paying 250 first to the mpesa and then if it refuses I will pay the full amount to her number. I did and the phone ringed instantly meaning it went through. The two ladies instantly left there and left me to complete the payment. I love this place, i love the ribs and I would hate to see it closed. Attached is the receipt I was given with the number I was told to send the money to .. I am usually served by edwin but that day they refused...

My experience last week wasn't what I expected but yesterday I was there with some friends and the experience was awesome. What I liked most is that last week I complained to one of your staff and he promised to fix it and yesterday when I was there, what I had raised was fixed and the service was aboveboard. Taking customer reviews and complaints seriously will boost your customer base and ensure your business grow and customers return. Last week I gave you 2 Star on Google based on my experience the last time and after yesterday I gave you 5 star and the reason you got 5 star is for taking time to analyse and fix complaints brought to your attention and at the same time maintain the top level service delivery. Fantastic place...and the food portions were out of this world 🥳🥳🥳 and they came with Extras!! Hubby and I had the combos ( pork ribs, one with wings and fries and the other with rice and quarter chicken)... And all this for 2500 and 2300 respectively...this is an unbeatable price for the amount of food on that plate...have I told you that we were added crispy onion rings at no extra charge!!! I mean...whaaaat!!! The food was superb!! 11/10 😁😁 Now, let's talk cocktails 🤣🤣 I'm a light weight.. 1 sip of the margarita and I was brought to my knees🤣🤣🤣 this is not an exergeration!!! I had to ask for some juice to water it down🤭🤭 Prices of the 2, were very agreeable!!! Service was excellent!! The atmosphere was beautiful!! Definitely looking forward to going...
