Ecotel — Hotel in Vilnius

My husband and I stayed at this Ecotel Vilnius hotel on September 23-26, 2018. On this day, 09/23/2018, it was stolen from the room in which we lived about € 189. Someone pulled out of our wallet when we were at breakfast. This money (which we did not have much) was intended for us as a gift of our 25th Anniversary. We can not recommend this hotel to anyone. We have no more confidence. It's no Trust !!!

Ja i moj mąż gościliśmy w tym hotelu Ecotel Vilnius 23.09-26.09.2018. W tym dniu 23.09.2018 skradziono nam około 189 € z pokoju w którym mieszkaliśmy. Ktoś wyciągnął nam piniadze z portfelu w ten czas kiedy bylismy na śniadaniu. Te pieniądze (nie mieliśmy dużo) byli dla nas przeznaczone na prezent naszego 25- lecia. Nie polecamy nikomu ten hotel. Tam gdzie każdy może wejść i okraść niema zaufania.

Mein Mann und ich waren in diesem Hotel Ecotel Vilnius September 23-26, 2018. An diesem Tag, dem 23.09.2018, wurden uns rund 189 € aus dem Zimmer gestohlen, in dem wir wohnten. Jemand hat uns beim Frühstück aus der Brieftasche gezogen. Dieses Geld (wir hatten nicht viel) war für uns als Geschenk unseres 25-jährigen Jubiläums gedacht. Wir können dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.Wir haben kein Vertrauen mehr. Traurig!!!

Мы с мужем остановились в этом отеле Ecotel Vilnius 23-26 сентября 2018 года. В этот день, 23/09/2018, нам были украдены из комнаты, в которой мы жили около 189 €. Кто-то вытащил из нашего кошелька когда мы были на завтраке.Эти деньги (которых у нас не было много) предназначались для нас как подарок нашего 25-летнего юбилея. Мы не можем рекомендовать этот отель кому-либо. У нас нету больше...

Sorry to say, but honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And no the cheaper price doest justify it (and only relatively cheaper. If you don't research it well and book via whatever what site, you might as well almost pay the price of a 4 star hotel in Vilnius).Unfriendly staff (it seems that they couldn't care less), weird smell in the room, NO air conditioning, uncomfortable bed with bed bugs!, very thin walls (could here people snore next door), breakfast is very bad (in the basement), etc. I never write negative feedbacks but this one really deserved I am sorry. The staff could at least be a little bit friendlier to compensate...

Ok, let´s get this straight. This is a hotel for those in need of a room and hot shower. For instance, me, when I stayed here, I got locked out of my house (not funny in case you are laughing) and needed a place to crash ASAP. It was 2am and it was like -15 degrees outside. Anyway, so I stayed here. Its good enough. Clean, good shower, decent breakfast. You get what you pay for right?

The lady at the counter treated me like I kicked her mother. But I get it. I got there at 2am with a few beers on me and perhaps she thought I am a complete weirdo. I won´t say names because I ain´t no snitch. However, the hotel should...
