Terrible experience at all. Firstly hotel standart not higher than ibis. Front of the road there is an ibis much better and cheaper (I stayed there). I booked 7th floor room 738 or 728 was my first room number. I drove 8 hours from estonia to vilnius I was very tired after long road trip I falled to sleep and I wake up 4 am because of electricity box were creating resistance sound. I contacted with reception they changed my room with 3rd floor one which was silent and ok. but I lost 1 hour during this time and my sleep interrupted. Next morning I went reception and I found a staff like a android tablets. anyway I explained them I need to get better room and basically just they need to say apologies or sorry. they did not. even they were thinking they are making for me favor. anyway Ive got another room from 7th floor which is near the elevators. When I return back to my room at 1 am I realized my sound very noisy because of elevator and some fan sound outside of my room but somewhere next my bedroom. again I went reception I was very sleepy because already last night I dont have proper sleep because of this hotel issue next day again had same problem and they changed my room with 3rd floor. in 2 days I moved my all luggage and items 4 times. also I dont have proper sleep during my trip because of hotel's poor condition and isolation and technical issues.
Another thing I changed 4 rooms and 4 of them AC doesnt work at all. They told me there is central system which we cannot effect it. I was not stupid I told them they are not activated ac system its just ventilating but they dont care. end of the day they told me during the weekend they dont have technician they cannot do anything for ac. which means during the night its cold ( I was using hair dryer fan for heating ) in the noon time its warm. and windows are not opening at all.
I went gym for my daily gym needs. gym room basiaclly turned from a classic room to gym. super small and there is no conditioning. I realized 2 person already working out and all gym room were smelling badly and freshly.
Is it finished? no.
After whole story I was checking out and I realized their car park nightly 20 eur. so I paid 40 eur for 2 days. btw if you park front of the hotel there are always free space its free for sunday and inweek daily 3 eur. This hotel car park even expensive then vilnius airport carpark.
I am not recommending to visit this hotel. its not mariott standard. Staff is rude. Hotel conditions are bad.
never recommend this hotel never... I was luckly I was travelling alone but I realized in the morning reception has a couple and lady were screaming about excatly same issues. she were complaining about they cannot sleep all night because of noisy room...
Read moreThis Courtyard is a solid, familiar, comfortable, clean and well maintained property. If you're looking for the stability of a major hotel brand far away from home, Courtyard Marriott, Vilnius is an excellent option. ||It's only about a 20 minute Bolt ride from the airport depending on traffic, a 15 minute walk to downtown or a short ride. ||I stayed here spanning two visits in 2025 for a total of 10 days. Both times I spoke at conferences. This was a fantastic professional outpost, great internet, 24-hour desk, and then there are those little green candies at the desk :).||It's not your typical Courtyard restaurant scene, food options available from early until late, both bar fare and even semi-upscale dining, 3.8 star, $$- $$$ any city in the world. Rooms are classic Marriott Courtyard templates, might as well be America.||The breakfast is very well done. Donata, a restaurant morning supervisor demonstrated polished professionalism beyond expectations for a hotel this size. Honestly, change her uniform and she could be supervising at the Ritz. Nadia, another morning supervisor, recognized me from last time, was kind, and went out of her way to make sure that my loyalty status was honored with the free breakfast - even going to the front desk to solve a check-in error for me. ||One of the afternoon front desk team helped solve the language barrier in the salon next door by calling for me to get an appointment and even walking with me over to make sure everything was all set. ||The neighborhood is in between neighborhoods here but everything is close in Vilnius. It is certainly safe to walk around. Bolts are inexpensive and reliable. English is mostly spoken nearly as well as a first language and, unlike many hotels in this class around the world, the V Courtyard is well staffed, plenty of all roles. Literally every single thing worked in the room.||In a city like Vilnius it's common for me to stay in a more ancient neighborhood and culturally significant hotel. However, when traveling on business for weeks, sometimes it makes sense to lock in a known, predictable, setting to work and relax. The cost is surprisingly low, about half of Boston or New York.||Not many Courtyards around the world have won my affection and loyalty and I don't often spend time doing reviews. In this case, the building and amenities are great. The staff is fabulous with a heavy dose of professionally charming, deserving of...
Read moreChecked in by unfriendly supervisor/manager in grey uniform, long blonde hair. AI has more warmth than this receptionist. Lobby area was okay, getting to my floor was a different story. Felt like an industrial warehouse especially after entering my room which was overlooking the busy construction site. After complaining to the the reception I was told they don't work all the time, they have breaks and sometimes not too noisy. Right! Couldn't get another room, the hotel was booked out. It's possible as every man and his dog was right at the entrance door smoking so you'll have to fight your way in and out. Now the hygiene. Poor! The room reminded me of some hostels i stayed during my student years. The furniture was Ikea style but cheaper. Looks good on the photos tho. My duvet cover was clean but with the stain on it. Bed linen and towels smell of rain water. Clearly not washed with mild detergents at high temperature. Covering myself with it made me feel uneasy hense I started feeling little pricks on my legs touching the bed sheets. The fun starts at 4 am with people taking a shower. The pipes where right above the bed and everything could be heard. Every use of the toilet can be heard, the walls were paper thin. Automatic door close will wake up the hardest sleeper when other guests start slamming the doors. The bathroom is all se through the glass so if you're travelling with someone you'll be seen and heard when using the bathroom. My shower was not cleaned the entire time during my anyway a week long stay. Don't bother with the breakfast, it's nasty. This is by far the worst place I have stayed and as I never write reviews I want to make others aware what to expect. Kettle was dirty and rubbish not cleaned from the room. My room was not regularly serviced, they forgot.Photos and videos attached for your own...
