Happy InnSide — Hotel in Vilnius

Had a really bad experience. I ended up not staying at the place and was a bit shocked by the condition of things and the angle the host chose to take. I was told to my face that we would be able to facilitate a refund and now there is radio silence no answer to messages and they dont answer expedia as well. Expedia just sent me a mail telling me the host hasnt replied to their request. This is basically a catfish the pictures are from a few years back and there are no fresh reviews from the last year. That kind of sums up everything. Stay away if not you will be left sad innside not happy ;) I just received a reply from vrbo today so its confirmed the owner lied to my face and now vrbo wont do anything to help me. The host is hiding behind terms and services after the fact. I told them the exact reasons why this place was a problem and now they are even lying to Vbro saying i never stated anything apart from dissatisfaction. Stay far away they are basically the problem. Places like this are a cancer to the holiday home industry they are just exploiting the market. Buy a place do minimal cheap renovations and then use the same catfish pictures for years. Be aware to check for fresh reviews before booking anything in the future i made the grave mistake of just looking at the 4,9 stars which is obviously manipulated and not the date of the last review and when the photos were uploaded initially. I learned a lot from this experience. Number one that customer service at Expedia and Vrbo tend to gaslight you and not listen to your request if its a little more complicated than normal. They also just decided that i have to sort this out with he host and wont help me. How can i do this when the host stopped replying the minute i left the property after reassuring me i will be refunded etc and told me to keep in touch. This is remarkable behaviour so calculated and manipulative i have no words. Imagine i made a complaint on medical grounds and people think im lying and telling stories to get away from a booking. I even told them about all of it showed proof as well. I really hope they change the laws soon so people like this dont get away with scamming anymore...

Прекрасно!!!!!! В квартире есть просто все.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Даже при желании придраться абсолютно не к чему. Отзывчивость хозяина, просто надо отметить отдельно , звёзд в Гугле не достаточно. Мы всегда снимаем в отпуске апартаментаы и всегда приходится что нибудь докупать,в этих апартаментах такое количества необходимых мелочей и вообще всего что только можно придумать или захотеть для ежедневного комфорта невозможно и представить.......
