went there for the aritisan market. saw a lot of good quality vendor selling local product from food, to soap, to drinks, ice cream, bags , earings, plants, fruits, sabah cheese, sabah beer, sabah sauce and lots more . Vendor's stalls are all well decorated. Bought some food and local produce food to bring home as souvenir and make them in good use. They have a few floors in the buildings which have a few banks in it. however, there's not a lot of shops in the building due to the Imago Mall is just 1 min walk away. Honestly one of the worst buildings to visit in KK. Parking is super limited, and the basement parking area has water leaking. Almost every parking reserved for someone or something, might as well you dont allow visitor to come in. Also cant believe there’s still no elevator access for wheelchairs from the basement for visitors. Elevator only for residents?? really inconvenient. They’re clearly trying to make the place look aesthetic, but there’s not much to offer. If it wasn’t for Gleneagles Hospital, I doubt this building would even survive. Has the monthly artisan market that sells mainly hand made crafts as well as cosmetics like soap, bath salt etc. Even sell plants too.

Will vary from one to another. But Some will import from wholesaler instead of self made. So make sure u ask them.

Price may varies from stall to stall. A few accesories my friend bought i found it to be quite... Ok infact suprisingly cheaper.

But some will be not cheap too. If think its really too expensive.. One of them is ok to reduce the price but if can dont bargain la 😅

They also have food and drink stall. Kinda think many are overpriced. But...
