Facilities in the rooms are a bit lacking, eg. TV, room service, full breakfast, but the staff is very accommodating and responsive if the internet is down. To me, a better customer service means more than the others, and the staff members here are together in this - they give smiles and greet you whenever you meet them, therefore a much more pleasant environment when compared to other hotels.
