🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Effortless Luxury and Exceptional Service – A Hidden Gem!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay truly deserves one. From the seamless self check-in process to the impeccable cleanliness, everything about this hotel was top-notch.

Even though it's a self-service hotel, I felt incredibly supported throughout my stay – thanks to Mr. Sutharsan, who assisted me remotely with a few questions I had upon arrival. He responded almost instantly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed. His calm and professional approach made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to get that level of care without a front officer, but Mr. Sutharsan made it happen!

And I can't praise Kamran, the housekeeper, enough. The room was absolutely spotless and refreshed to perfection each day. You can tell he takes real pride in his work – everything from the bedding to the bathroom was cleaned with precision and care. Even small touches, like the way my personal items were gently organized or how extra towels were folded creatively, showed his attention to detail.

For a hotel that runs on self check-in, the human touch is still very much present – and that’s all thanks to dedicated staff like Sutharsan and Kamran. I felt both independent and taken care of, which is the perfect balance for modern travelers.

Stayed in a double room with a sharing bathroom. The room was clean and spacious with a small desk and area to hang clothes. The shared bathroom was kept clean, and soap/toilet paper was available. The common area was equipped with a fridge and drinking tap and some seated areas also which was nice. The one downfall was the rudeness of the cleaning man. One of the mornings he banged on our door repeatedly about 10 times and accused us of leaving mugs outside the room and taking them down. These mugs did not belong to us, and there was absolutely no need for the aggressive banging on the door found it quite intimidating. On another occasion, when trying to brush teeth, he was mopping in between my feet rather than waiting the minute it would take to brush the teeth. Then, on another morning, he was out mopping the floors in the hall, an hour I greeted, saying good morning, and he just stared with no reply. Found it extremely rude and felt very uncomfortable when he was around, not a good look for a place which is full...

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel! The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere. The hotel staff, especially Harvin, was exceptionally friendly, warm, and professional. Harvin went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the excellent service provided.

Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it ideal for both business trips and vacations. The only small suggestion I have is that the soundproofing of the room could be improved a bit, as I could occasionally hear sounds from the neighboring room, which slightly affected my rest. If this can be improved, the experience would be absolutely perfect!

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose your hotel again...
