Read moreThis hotel has definitely seen much better days, and has so much more potential. It's quite depreciated, there's mold on the outer walls walking up to the hotel, but at least the rooms were bearably clean. Beds were white and clean.
Booked two rooms with a linked doorway, which is nice if you're looking for hotels with rooms like that. Only stayed for one night so can't comment on the housekeeping, but the tables, chairs and carpets are not clean, with marks and stains... Could definitely use a lot of upgrading 😢 Forgot to take a picture of the room.
Amenities/Facilities: TV, chairs/sofa(quite scuffed and dirty), wardrobe, table, free wifi, breakfast buffet, towel, toothbrush, soap, shampoo+conditioner, body wash, body lotion, razor, closet, disposable slippers, tea & coffee packets, water boiler, mini fridge, mini kitchen with stove and microwave/balcony (depends on room), adjustable air conditioning, swimming pool (quite dirty, there were tissues and tea bags floating inside), pool towels, working mini gym (kinda scuffed up but there were some new equipments), prayer rooms, etc...
Breakfast was quite nice with a good amount of selections! Pleasantly surprised. Some of the stuff they had included: Coffee, milk, pink guava & orange juice, assortment of cereals, muesli, live egg station, assortment of fruits, fried treats, bee hoon soup with various toppings, nasi lemak, porridge, rice, noodles, sausage, baked beans, assortment of bread and jams, etc... can't remember all.
My room was on the 18th floor. Really nice view at night! Hotel is quite big with 20 stories. Check in is 3pm, check out at 12pm, but you can pay more for early check in and late check out. The staff was friendly and helped store my luggage for me for free even after I checked out.
Location wise, it's quite near the customs/CIQ area, you can even see it from the hotel itself. It's about a 15+ minutes walk from there. There's also a mini convenience store on the first floor of the hotel.
Genuinely, it's okay for the price I paid, quite good value for money even though it's not very clean. Would be so much nicer and busier if there was a thorough cleaning...

Most of the carpet was stained and it was disgusting you wouldn’t dare step on it with your bare feet Pillows were stained (hotels usually provide 2 pillows but here only 1) Bedsheets were torn Towel was so dirty, just look at the black stain in the photo attached, absolutely disgusting Balcony was locked so I wanted to call the reception to ask them to open the balcony. Turns out the telephone is not working so I had to walk down to the reception table to ask the person to come open the balcony for me as well as fix the telephone. After an hour, nobody has came to our room to do so. So I went down again to ask and the guy said that he has told his manager about it. Finally someone came and did the job. Called housekeeping to request for extra towels and pillows because those in my room were dirty. Housekeeping kept asking why do I need these extra items. Why do you need to ask me why I need them? As a customer of the hotel, if I request for fresh towels or more pillows, it should be provided without needing a reason right? lifts were EXTREMELY slow and also without the number that shows what level the lift is at so be prepared to wait forever just to get from your room to the ground floor and back. the charging points are used by the kettle and one in the closet, no charging points beside the bed nor at the table at all. Who charges their electronic devices in a closet??? (really badly designed) I booked the hotel online and it stated that it was a smoking room. However, when we arrived at the front desk, the person said that smoking was not allowed in any of the rooms and the smoking room stated online was just a means of trying to lure customers in.
The only pro is that at least the abang at the front counter was nice and friendly. Other than that, this is definitely the worst 4 star rated hotel I’ve ever been to. I don’t even know how it is a...
