Frustrating and disappointing experience at City Square Johor. I ordered six pizzas but was not informed beforehand of a 45-minute wait time (end up waiting 1 hour) by the staff member who took my order. Despite internationally choosing items from the display to avoid delays, my request for expedited service was ignored by the cashier crew, nadiah. After waiting nearly 25 minutes, I requested a refund, which was processed only after confusion and poor communication (initially she told me my order was already in preparation, after about 15mins upon request for refund, she suddenly refunded me). How can you waste customer’s previous time this way? No respect at all. Additionally, i came home to realise that my order was packed incorrectly despite waiting an hour. Overall, the lack of customer care and service quality was disappointing. Crew was all speaking in their own language and doing things terribly slow. Please improve...

HR/MGM - take note @JB Sentral/6.15pm Today your staff service like WOW 😨👎🏽 Saw haiwaian pizza went into the oven. I ordered n offered to wait but your staff keep said “Tak ada”. Cashier even check from the oven some more. Another staff said if you want to buy, need to order 6 pcs direct.

Then, I ordered what’s on the shelf and when I’m about to pay, haiwaian pizza is out from oven. I asked the cashier what’s that, Haiwaian pizza right? Only then she let me to order.

Later, the customer behind be able to purchase 3pcs haiwaian.

Whoever is the owner, please go to your stall and see how ridiculous your staff are. The most junior girl has to deal with the cashier, the cutting of pizza, the packing of online and physical orders, and attend to customer enquiries. The damn queue is so slow, and she has to do everything. The other two girls simply stand there chatting while having fun "making" the pizza. They cannot be bothered that everyone is queuing and glaring at them. Simply won't move a finger to try to help. Please close your shop down so that it doesn't affect city square. Other businesses will be more interested to...
