Jewels Hotel — Hotel in Kelantan

We had to stay at the place for one night as nobody was present at our other pre-booked guesthouse. At first, everything seemed fine. But then there was noise and music from a party on second floor until late in the night. This is unfortunately not the only thing- rhe Aircon air was really bad and stuffy and the waterpumps were so noisy that it was impossible to sleeps without ear plugs (though this might not be a problem in every room). Finally, we switched on the lights and found several cockroaches in the room. As by then it was 4 in the morning, we decided to simply call it a night and stayed awake until morning. At 7 we asked for a refund and were assured that our 130 ringitt would be reimbursed onto our credit card. However, this of course never happened..||So our recommendation is: stay somewhere else! Don't go to this place. It is our only bad experience during one month of traveling...

It's was once a poor hotel that i have cheked in.in the noon the staff was calling me ask about my confirmation booked,and i said sure i am coming.when i arrive at 7.00 pm,the staff said my room have a little bit problem and he ask me to wait for minutes.

When i got in the room, i lied down my body.suddently my wife asking me."do you see what its that on the bed sheet?"that thing like a dirt and feces. It's mean that bed sheet is not been change from the previous customer.

After a second,i called operator to ask house keeper change that bed and bad sheets,and operator said house keeper was go home already. For that reason,i said "just give me a new sheets, i'll do my self."

To whoom like to check in on this hotel, please take a note,that hotel onle have two site car park for free and others need to pay to car park's guy.

It was a great experience for me

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 night sponsored by my Universiti Malaysia Kelantan and Ministry of Higher Education for Young entrepreneur job creator program.

The hall was large and comfortable. Air-conditioned.

The food provided were delicious but sometimes a little bit bland.

The bathroom was not so big and not so small but just the right amount. But the way that the door open and close make it looks quite stuffy but it is not.

The bedroom was spacious. My friend got the corner room and it is more spacious. The mattress and pillow so soft combined with cool air-conditioned makes it hard to wake up in the morning

The hotel provide lift to go from ground floor until second floor.

The service provided by the staff are really helpful and nice
