Today you make it 5 stars because of your excellent staff service

Arrive at 7 pm Sitted and greet by your one and only front staff Maisara or Marisa her name which I didnt glance correctly.

She said the order will be ready within 45 minutes due to under staff at the kitchen which we finish our dinner at 7.40 pm earlier 5 minutes than the estimated time of arrival of the dishes

In intervene there one family came and she greet like she greet me. The family didnot make any order because their children couldnt wait for 45 minutes.

Then at 740 pm another family came and your staff greet as previously. Your staff is so softspoken. However the wife get angry and said that she didnot want to serve her thats why saying 45 minutes the dishes will be ready.

Your staff apologize a few times but to no avail they humiliate your staff in front of my family and a few of your customer

Just to put it here that if there was a complain against your staff then it is not your staff fault. Sometimes some people just feel like they own the whole world.

Not recommended at all. Waiting hour is long (1.5hours+) even though it’s a no-pizza order, food served is all cold and spaghetti tasted badly… staff service is really bad, they are impatient about customer’s question. Food serving sequence is not according to the arrival of customer.

After waiting for 45mins, we asked the staff how long more needed, she replied 12mins. We have stated that we could accept refunds if the food is not gonna be ready in 15minutes. But the staff replied that it’s almost ready (impatient toned). And this 12mins ended up with us waiting for another 45mins for our food to be served and take away. Really bad experience...

Pizza hut company please take note.. this is by far the worst service from pizza hut's branch. My wife and I went on chill friday evening.. less than 10 tables occupied, staffs were reasonably enough. we were not greeted(which is okay for me), we were not usher-ed to the table (still okay), the worst part is, there are 2-3 waitress saw us sitting at the table but they act like we're not even here. menu was given after 5 minutes of waiting and I HAVE TO ASK FOR THE MENU.
