Prestige Sky Kota Bharu — Hotel in Kelantan

The first apartment we got was extremely smelly. We couldn’t even breathe in it and requested for a change. The service team came almost immediately to attend to us. Thank you for that. The second apartment was slightly better, but still lacking in many ways. Apartment was old, furnitures were breaking down (the 3 seater sofa had lost its legs so it was strangely low, making it difficult for us to stand up after seating), the table laminates were peeling and there were visible lizard droppings around the apartment. Utensils were also insufficient, 1 spoon for a 3 bedder room hmm? Couldn’t wait to check out and don’t think will recommend this...

First, you need to register at ibis guard house before enter. Better go with partner to get the key. And pls look at the wall for car park number. (if you stay at homestay by prestige) I stay at B-10-5. The room itself have wifi but NO USE! Once conncet, the coverage will be 1bar then byebye. The toilet only have body wash. And the toilet is so-so. No water filter only 250ml(?) drinking water provided. As ads shows the room 3single beds but no.. you need to set up the 3rd bed. Booked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke.
