Let me tell you what's surprising about this place ,I mean the food was great I had no complain,what bothers me the most are the price and the service ,I look at the pricing for the food that I order it's okay but when Im about to pay for the food out of knowhere the price start to change a lot ,I check the receipt, the price for what I order is okay but their service charge is ridiculously high.i got no problem paying if their service is okay but the service is poor ,first nobody comes to take my order ,I'm the one that had to write down what I want to order,that's first,second Im also the one that bring the order to the front and give it to them instead of them taking my order .it's basically self service at this point.and they have the audacity to charge me for the service ,they...

the service is very poor, me and my wife with 2 kids who had come and make the order first but suddenly table beside us got their order ready before us, more then that, that order was ours. the staff who had no idea she were serving to the wrong table acting like nothing was happening. ONLY after 15 minutes of waiting and still didn't receive our order suddenly the staff came and told us the order had been placed to the wrong table, and u expect us to wait another 15-20mins for the food?well as expected no sorry was given from the girl. then i just decided to cancel all orders and just pay for what we have received. no wonder the rating is 3.5, wiill never come again to place and not...

Order my food here today yet de waiter keep send to other side table until we need ask another table us de food since they didnt order these food and we keep looking at each other table. Untrained waiter kinda annoy me. Make me think twice wanna go to this outlet again.😑 After 2 year didnt go Boat Noodle because of their poor service and so slow even though oni 2 table or diner.
