First Business Inn||||In Kuala Lumpur there are plenty of hotels which suit your needs according to your stay and preferences... First Business Inn is a budget hotel which offers decent rooms and with basic facilities to begin with. The rooms are air conditioned, have room service, laundry, hot and cold shower, carpet flooring etc.., are the pros... now.. the things unavailable with the hotel in my experience is a wi-fi connectivity for the room. They have a wi-fi only at the hotel lobby where there is an attached restaurant. There is a study table with mirror and a wall lamp You will have mamximum comfort with the beds but the hotel staff are just polite and not very generous or I wonder if the hotel limits it's offerings to their guests. ||They don't give you newspapers. In room tea and coffee maker are not a part of this hotels standards. They have a few malay cuisine on their menu offerred at an affordable cost. Bathroom is just ok and the shower is good within it's capacity. Bathroom tiles are all white so you may not find stains and visible dirt. There's nothing much about this hotel otherwise.. Lift is just ok without fan / air conditioning but for the climate in Kuala Lumpur is humid and air conditioning is a necessity. The rooms in this hotel have windows to the outside and there are also rooms which have windows opening towards the inward drainage line which is not good. There are plenty of restaurants in front of this hotel and nearby areas. ||Find a restaurant that suits your taste and preferences in cuisine as many of the travellers are not only malaysians but arrive from different parts of the world and looking for a decent stay and comfort at an affordable cost. The hotel staff are not upto good standards. ||Being a budget hotel they control cost well and gosh ...they can afford a good smile only if you smile at them. Anyway I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they have seriously thought in their mind about controlling cost. The area where the hotel is located is not upto any good and bad company starts to gather after 8 pm in the close proximity of this hotel so I advise travelers to be careful with their passport, belongings, travel documents and other belongings if you happen to go out.||||The area where this hotel is located is know as titiwanga and very notorious gangsters gather around the area...

We live in outside of KL and usually perform day long trip in KL when we have some business. Only few time we need to stay in Hotel and first time I choose this hotel in January 2014. Reason for choosing this hotel was Its near to Titiwangsa Bus Terminal which is my Bus's last stoppage. 2nd reason was same as its close to Titiwangsa LRT, which I use to travel inside KL.||||My first expectation was broken in This Chinese hotel, when I had to carry my baggage to my room. Well I though its ok as its a low cost hotel. 2nd expectation broken when I found the hot water tap take 15 min to give some semi hot water. I complained two times, a Malay person came who can't communicate with foreigner and couldn't fix anything.||||Room was 6.5 out of 10, AC was working fine, Didn't...

Stayed here for just the second time as it was near my appointment. Will never come here again. The room I got was full of roaches. Had dinner in the hotel cafe. Had chicken chop with black pepper. Tasteless and chips were old. A bad dining choice. I now wonder how dirty the kitchen could have been! The reception was kind enough to give me a room change. Never ever again here.
