HOTEL MUTIARA @BUKIT_BINGTANG — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

We booked three nights and paid in advance. We were chocked when we arrived. The room was absolutely horrible! The air was so moist that it was almost impossible to breath. The stink of mold was disgusting! The cealing was covered with mold! We were offered to change the room but it was similar. Some guy came and sprayed something to make the stink disappear but as you can imagine, it only made the air worse. Receptionist said that after using AC "it will be better". We spent one night there. Morning we woke up sick and nauseous. We wanted to check out and also contacted OYO rooms cause we wanted to get our money back. This place is dangerous! The guy there told that he will call me back as soon as possible. I still have not received that phone call (3 days later). We were offered the third room and when we asked if that room was any better than the others, the receptionist said "of course"! This room was not smelling mold and the cealing was OK so we accepted it as it was not possible to get our money back. Unfortunately the street next to the hotel is very noisy and the window was not able to be closed (broken handle) so the noice of the traffic was horrible! I hardly slept because people drive very fast with their motorbikes and the window is very lousy and open so it doesen't give ANY cover from the noise! It was like a nightmare! Honestly worst hotel I have ever been! ||Dont go there if u appreciate good air quality and good night sleep! The stuff was friendly and I felt bad for them as they tried to help us as much...

1/10. Stayed here for one night.

1. Bed,pillow, bedsheet was not clean. My body started iching terribly, praying can survive for the night. Spotted few bugs running around the bed. I got skin problem so my skin was effectly easily.

2. Bathroom was terrible. Heater & shower head was broken. The toilet was clogged. THE TOWEL WAS NOT CLEAN TOO.

3. Aircond was broken. Fan was there, but very slow even in 5th speed mode.

I went to the counter to request on another room. They didnt give me another room as the receptionist said other rooms are not available. I asked him for provide me at least a new bedsheet,but the guy said the store room was locked. Bad experience for me. Hope this review will help the ones who are...

first sight--main building in KL city, and outlook of hotel is new.after that find out, this hotel was renovated on last 2 years only, so all the facility and amenities inside hotel is NEW.||the receptionist friendly and willing me to stay here.||this hotel proved wifi, drinking water and parking (if you drove here). the special on , this hotel provided dining place like cafe house , u just bring the instant powder and can stay here with wifi & drink, haha.||the mattress is ok, since the price is reasonable. transport is convenience, just 2min there got bus station, 10min to LRT station (2 station- LRT, Monorail)..and i saw somw backpacker stay here ^^||recommended to stay...
