Green Village Langkawi — Hotel in Langkawi Island

When we arrived to the resort, no one in the reception. There were some guests or staffs (we don't know as they are not wearing uniform) playing pool in front of the counter, we waited until we asked how long we need to wait for check in. Then, there was a young man approached us and proceed our check in. There was no any briefing and don't even inform us what time our breakfast and where we should have our breakfast. No assistance at all for carry our luggage as we had to walked by certain distance to reach our room and there is the sand ground. Really terrible hospitality service. ||The room and the hotel really poor maintenance eventually. There were a lot of lizard poo on the floor and cobwebs on the wall and ceiling. Cracking marble floor which hurt our feet. The most disgust is when we opened the water at the basin, the water was yellowish and same goes to toilet bowl as well. It was like such a long long period didn't stay by guests. ||We will...

The worst hotel I have ever lived in. Period. Wires hanging out from behind and side of the bed, and not just one or two. A bunch of it. A serious life hazard. The carpet seems like have not been washed since 5-6 years. All fittings are worn out completely. Oh the breakfast is just some gruel stuff. I could not identify a single one of the item there. This was so bad that we had to run out of the breakfast to eat somewhere else and then searched and booked another hotel and came and immediately checked out of this hell hole. Dont dont and dont go here. This should not be in operation. This should be shut down for renovation and then opened for people or else should be out of operation. Simple. I feel bad for the poor staff who have to face all this. Please...

DURING OUR STAY THE HOTEL STAFF STOLE A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM OUR LUGGAGE WHILE WE WERE NOT IN THE ROOM. AFTER THIS THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOT HELP AT ALL AND BLAMED US FOR LEAVING VALUABLE THINGS IN THE ROOM. THERE ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS. POLICE DID NOT HELP.

PICTURES LOOK 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN REALITY. THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE

NO WIFI AND NO TV CABLE

THE POOL IS VERY DIRTY AND CAN NOT BE USED

WE BOOKED THIS ONLINE AND WE WERE THE ONLY TOURISTS. THE PLACE LOOKS ABANDONED

ROOM SERVICE SHOULD STOP STEALING MONEY FROM ROOMS MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE CHANGED THE PLACE SHOULD BE CLEANED BEFORE...
