Izzroom Motel — Hotel in Langkawi Island

I've been here with my mom for 3 days 2 nights..we stayed at Standard room with fan which cost us only RM50/ night (I booked it directly by calling them which is more cheap compare to using booking website if u dont mind ur phone bill :)..) My first impression for this type is room..emm, well is not bad..they have local TV but we're not able to watch it since we're too tired after a long day of walking..they also have hot shower, towels and soap. Walking to the shoplots or Cenang beach is only about 5-7 minutes of walking and near to the taxi station too. So its easy for u to get a taxi there or u can call their hotline to pick u up at ur hotel. Overall the room is clean and tidy..Worth for my money and the staff is very helpful and friendly. yes, they also provide the hot/cold drinking water filter machine near the counter so you wont have problem in finding drinking water at the middle of the night or wasting ur money to buy water bottle as the price for almost anything at pantai cenang is quite high compare to other places in langkawi..if u want to buy anything at the duty free shop, try to buy at Jalan Pandak Mayah near Kuah Town like coco valley and the Zon (not the Zon in pantai cenang). Its 2 times cheaper there. |I would definitely...

What did u expect?? A great motel with 5star services n all?? Dont be such a brat!! Im soo shocked when i read some of comments bout the places n all...my room is next to the entrance of this hotel...the room was big!! Wifi is good! A nice frendly staff althought we were calling too many times askin for the places..yes it is a bit hard to find this place but when u get there..it is really sumthing u not expected at all...beautiful places looked like a malay village...walking distance from this motel to cenang is bout 15mnutes...but that the used of ur car rented what else if cannot used it to drive down there..its beautiful...near to shops...staff are frendly...room are tidy n soo clean...wifi is there to use...whats more... we only pay rm50/day n we stayed there for 5day 4nites for only rm200 only...rather then stayin at other hotel n homestay need to cost more!! N some of it rooms are smelly...rats are everywhere..the cockcroch...angry owner...i highly recommended this place if u are not...

I picked this for the location which is perfect walking distance to the beach and near the central street location. if it rains the road will flood and you'll have to deal with walking in shin keep water in some parts. The walk in the to the main street is a 5-10 mins walk and fine in the day time. late night best walking in pairs. Customer service there is horrible and extremely rude. I asked for new bed sheets the next day since mine was dirty and the front desk clerk complained to me about another person also demanding the same thing. She also told me it's not normal at this place to replace bed sheets daily so if you plan to stay long than a day don't expect new bed sheets or towels. i'm a chill person including my wife and we both talked the the clerk on few different occasions about different things like where to park and random basic stuff. best stay some where else and not deal with the unnecessary...
