The food was ok but ruined by the service and lack of co-ordination. I ordered an Arabic salad and a lamb Mandi. The Mandi came out quickly (obviously pre-prepared) and then I waited and waited for the salad. Even after reminding the guy I was waiting for my salad, it came out 15 minutes after the lamb Mandi. I was wanting the salad as a starter and by then my lamb Mandi was not hot. Maybe if the guy running the place wasn’t busy eating his own food in the kitchen then things might improve. Also if you come here you will be hot (outside is the shawarma cooking and inside is the kitchen) and the music is louder than a nightclub (a young Arabic guy even asked for it to be turned down as this friends couldn’t hear themselves talk). I did notice that Arabic customers got served much better...

Food and service is disappointing, not returning. Came in about 12.15pm, was told shawarma needed 20mins to prepare. That’s fine if the other dishes came before that. But end up the shawarma came first after 30mins and had to wait further for the rest. Staff were busy cleaning the place at this hour, you can smell the detergent/soap smell while dining here. If you are seated inside, the fan at the back is blowing hot air at you from the oven. Overall very unpleasant dining experience with just mediocre food. Lamb mandy is pretty tasteless and just nothing wow. Shawarma is basically minimal chicken and lettuce in a wrap. No toilet for patrons, they will direct you to Public toilet which cost RM1. Better for you to bring your business to the Lebanon shawarma kebab cafe...

Who even gives this place five stars? Seriously, for what?

This is, hands down, the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food is absolutely flavorless—chicken is dry as a wooden bench, completely bland. Have you even tried your own dishes? I highly doubt it.

And that “shawarma”… just take it off the menu, please. Shawarma is supposed to come with chicken, vegetables, and sauce. The last two ingredients? Completely missing.

One napkin for two people? Come on, for these prices, you could at least afford another one—don’t be so stingy.

Feels like all these positive reviews are paid for.

And the price? Nowhere near worth what you’re charging. Thanks! Hopefully, one day, you’ll either improve or start taking...
