Atlantis Residences - GO Melaka HomeStay — Hotel in Malacca

This is my second time spending my holiday stay in Malacca on 10th October, 2024. The Heystay Management team for Atlantis Residences was very accommodating, helpful & prompt in response to our enquiries. The only hiccup we faced was the QR code expired when we arrived. The security guard doesn't allow us to enter into the building. We have to wait for about 20 minutes before we could receive the new QR code. My friends were very concern as it was already late at night. I hope this QR code matter can be improved. We booked 1 unit with 2 rooms. The unit can accommodate 8-10 pax. The rooms and dinning hall with kitchen were spacious and clean. The unit has a balcony. There were only 4 chairs at the dinning table. Suggest to add 2 more chairs. Overall, the accommodation was good. Near Jonker Street and town area. We enjoyed our stay. I certainly would recommend this is a nice place to stay. Facilities (swimming pool was great) but some of the lifts were not in good condition....
